MUNICIPAL SEPARATE STORM SEWER SYSTEM (MS4)

Stormwater Management Plan  This plan is required by the General Permit for the Discharge of Stormwater from Small Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems issued by the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) January 20, 2016 (commonly known as the "MS4 Permit").  Public comment is welcome and can be sent to the Selectman's Office, Thompson Town Hall, 815 Riverside Drive, P.O. Stormwater Management Plan Annual Report 2017  This report documents Thompson's activities and progress in 2017 to manage it's stormwater system and improve, where possible, the water quality of the discharges from its stormwater system.  Thompson's Stormwater Management Plan (see above) provides the framework and sets goals for these activities.  Both the Stormwater Management Plan and this Annual Report are required by the MS4 Permit.  As with the Stormwater Management Plans public comment is welcome and can be sent to the Selectman's Office, Thompson Town Hall, 815 Riverside Drive, P.O.
